Who we are

Fairfield Farm Fresh Products is a family butcher run by Stu, based in Lincolnshire. Contact: 07515 125285.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email and delivery address so we can prepare and deliver your order and keep you updated. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone and message so we can reply.

Payments

Card payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe processes the payment and shares only your order and delivery information with us. See Stripe's own privacy policy for how they handle card data.

Cookies & analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. These cookies are only set if you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you choose "Only essential", no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. It's shared only with the services that make an order work — Stripe for payment, and our email provider for confirmations. When UK postage launches, delivery details will also be shared with the courier.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it — just ring or text Stu on 07515 125285. For anything we can't resolve, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
