Delivery & Refunds
How ordering, delivery and refunds work. Fresh food is a little different to ordinary shopping — here's what to expect.
Ordering & timing
Order online any time and pay securely by card. Stu prepares everything fresh by hand, so orders are made to order rather than shipped from a shelf.
- Stu does his village delivery rounds on [DELIVERY DAYS — e.g. Tuesdays & Fridays] each week.
- Once your order's in, Stu will confirm which day he'll bring it round.
Local delivery
Local delivery is £3.00, and free on orders over £40, covering Holton-le-Clay and nearby villages. Stu delivers personally, fresh and chilled, on his weekly rounds.
- Covers Holton-le-Clay, North Thoresby, Tetney, Waltham, New Waltham, Humberston and nearby villages.
- If you're outside the local area, ring Stu before ordering to check.
UK postage
UK-wide chilled postage is coming soon. When available, orders will be packed chilled and sent by courier with tracking.
Refunds & problems
Because our products are fresh, perishable food made to order, they are exempt from the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation rights under UK consumer regulations. That means we can't accept returns simply because you've changed your mind.
However — your satisfaction matters. If anything is wrong with your order — a mistake, a quality issue, or it arrives not as it should — please contact Stu within 24 hours and he'll put it right with a replacement or refund.

Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel, ring Stu as soon as possible. If he hasn't yet started preparing your order, he'll happily cancel and refund it.
