Your safety matters to us. Please read this before ordering, and always tell Stu about any allergies when you place your order.

Fairfield Farm prepares fresh meat and handmade products including sausages, burgers and prepared cuts. Because everything is made by hand in the same premises, we cannot guarantee any product is completely free from a particular allergen due to the risk of cross-contamination.

The 14 major allergens

UK law recognises 14 allergens that must be declared. The ones most relevant to our products are:

The full list of 14 is: celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya, and sulphur dioxide/sulphites.

Tell us about your allergy

When you order, add a note or ring Stu on 07515 125285 so he can advise you personally. For a severe allergy, we'd always recommend speaking to Stu directly before placing an order.
